Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and email using

Promote certification, professional, and upskilling programs offered by the institute.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments while achieving monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM system.
Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospective learners.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience in UAE-based telesales
, preferably in the education or training sector.
Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
Comfortable handling high call volumes and meeting sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
Immediate joiners with a positive, goal-oriented attitude will be prioritized.
