Eduhub Institute is seeking a motivated and customer-centric
Admissions Officer - Inside Sales
to join our expanding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in education sales or student admissions who are passionate about guiding learners toward the right certification and upskilling programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert all incoming student inquiries (100% warm leads; no cold calling).
Guide prospective learners through the complete admissions and enrollment lifecycle.
Present detailed information on courses and advise candidates on suitable learning pathways.
Achieve and exceed monthly admissions and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare regular performance reports.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in UAE-based education sales or admissions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Confident in engaging leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Immediate joiners with a proactive and positive attitude will be prioritized.
