Role Overview

Eduhub Institute is expanding its Dubai operations and invites applications from motivated Admissions Executives with a strong background in education sales or student advisory services. This role focuses on engaging prospective learners, understanding their career objectives, and recommending suitable training and certification programs.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries from prospective students through phone, WhatsApp, and email; all leads are internally generated and qualified. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to guide candidates through course selection and enrollment procedures. Clearly explain program features, delivery modes, learning outcomes, and certification value. Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments while meeting defined monthly targets. Update CRM systems with accurate lead status, follow-ups, and enrollment data. Prepare routine sales and conversion reports for management review.
Ideal Candidate Profile

At least

2 years of relevant experience in the UAE

within education sales, admissions, or student recruitment. Demonstrated ability to persuade, negotiate, and close enrollments effectively. Comfortable managing multiple communication channels simultaneously. Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently. Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
