Eduhub Institute is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Admissions Officer to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is best suited for professionals with hands-on experience in student admissions or inside sales within the education and professional training sector, particularly certification-based programs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Handle and convert
inbound student enquiries
efficiently (no outbound or cold calling).
Counsel prospective students and support them throughout the enrolment process.
Present program details clearly and address learner queries professionally.
Achieve assigned monthly admission targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
Update and manage student interactions accurately within the CRM system.
Prepare and submit daily performance and activity reports.
Candidate Profile
Minimum
2 years of relevant UAE experience
in education admissions or inside sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
Proven ability to engage prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Candidates available for
