Eduhub Institute is seeking a driven and customer-focused Admissions Officer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in education sales or student enrollment processes and a genuine interest in helping learners choose the right certification and upskilling programs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert all incoming student inquiries--no cold calling involved*. Guide prospective learners through the entire admissions and enrollment journey.
Provide detailed information about courses and support applicants in selecting the best options.
Meet and exceed monthly admission and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate routine performance updates.
Candidate Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in UAE-based education sales or admissions.
Strong communication, negotiating, and closing capabilities.
Confident in engaging with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Positive, proactive professionals who can join immediately will be given priority.
