Role Summary

Eduhub Institute is hiring a proactive and driven Admissions Officer to support our student recruitment and sales operations in Dubai. We are looking for someone experienced in admissions, telesales, or course counseling, ideally within the education, professional training, certification, or diploma program space.

Primary Responsibilities

Handle all incoming student inquiries and follow up consistently on pre-qualified leads (no cold calling required)*.
Offer clear, detailed, and engaging information about courses, certifications, and training pathways. Assist prospective learners through every stage of the admissions and enrollment journey. Achieve or surpass monthly enrollment and revenue goals. Keep CRM data updated and prepare timely reports on follow-ups, conversions, and overall performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

At least

2 years of UAE-based experience

in admissions, inside sales, or student recruitment (education or training industry preferred). Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable handling inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Candidates available to join immediately will be prioritized.
