Eduhub Institute is seeking a driven and customer-focused Admissions Officer to support our growing operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in education sales or academic admissions who enjoys guiding learners and helping them choose the right upskilling and certification pathways.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Respond to and manage all incoming inquiries from prospective students--all leads are warm; no cold calling involved*. Deliver individualized consultation and assist applicants from their first inquiry through successful enrollment.
Clearly communicate course details, program outcomes, and available study options to help learners make informed decisions.
Meet and exceed monthly enrollment goals and revenue targets.
Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Candidate Requirements
At least
2 years
of relevant experience in the UAE within education sales or student recruitment.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities.
Comfortable engaging with students via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Highly motivated, positive, and ready to join immediately (preferred).
