Eduhub Institute is seeking a motivated and results-oriented
Admissions Officer (Inside Sales)
to join our Dubai branch. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
student admissions, telesales, or course advisory
, preferably within the
education or professional training
sector focused on
certification and diploma programs
.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to student inquiries promptly; follow up on qualified leads (no cold calling).
Provide accurate, engaging information about our courses and programs.
Guide prospective students throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a positive experience.
Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Maintain and update CRM records; prepare regular activity and conversion reports.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
2 years' experience
in admissions, inside sales, or student recruitment within the UAE's education/training sector.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
Confident handling inquiries through
phone, WhatsApp, and email
.
Immediate availability
is highly preferred.
