Admissions Officer - Inside Sales
to join our Dubai team. If you have hands-on telesales experience within the education or professional training sector, especially with certification programs, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert incoming student inquiries (no cold calling involved).
Guide prospective students through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity.
Share accurate, detailed information about available courses and programs.
Meet and surpass monthly enrollment and sales goals consistently.
Keep CRM records up to date and submit daily activity reports.
Requirements
At least 2 years of UAE experience in inside sales within the education sector.
Strong communication, persuasion, and closing abilities.
Skilled at building trust and maintaining relationships via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Must be available to join immediately.
