We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Admission officer to join our team. The role involves recruiting prospective students, providing program guidance, and meeting enrollment targets. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and effectively communicate our institution\'s value proposition to potential students. Location: Dubai Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students via various channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Establish and nurture relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other potential student referral sources.
- Conduct persuasive and informative presentations about our educational programs to prospective students and families.
- Highlight the unique features and benefits of our institution to address the needs and aspirations of potential students.
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process, offering information on program requirements, application procedures, and financial aid options.
- Assist students in making informed decisions about their educational goals.
- Process and review student applications, ensuring all required documentation is submitted.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the application process.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by implementing effective conversion strategies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in student admissions, recruitment, or a related field.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to influence and convert leads.
- Familiarity with educational programs and admissions processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Student Admissions: 2 years (Required)
