SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF JOB Responsible for admissions and retention of students at Collegiate International School, Dubai (CIS). PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the complete process for student enrollment from lead inquiry to long term effective student retention.
Delivery of admissions targets for parents
Weekly reporting of all admissions
Ensuring CIS SOP\xe2\x80\x99s for admissions and retention are implemented and followed
Frequent reviews of the admissions process putting forward recommendations to the Marketing and Admissions Director for improvements.
Work with school administration to deliver high quality material to admissions and ongoing engagement \xe2\x80\x93 for example visitor packs and yearbooks.
PROCESSES
Effectively use iSAMS to track all stages of student\xe2\x80\x99s admissions from inquiries to admission or withdrawals accurately and in a timely manner
Plan and execute both parental and child visits (encompassing all areas) to the school providing an effective and \xe2\x80\x98customer centric\xe2\x80\x99 approach to ensure that the personal focus on the school is delivered in the visit experience.
Support all parent open days ensuring that opportunities to apply on the day are maximized.
Follow up all actions from visits in a timely manner ensuring that a high quality of customer care is maintained, encouraging personal contact through face-to-face meetings and telephone conversations rather than relying on email and delivering within the service level agreements set.
Work with the administration to coordinate the entry assessments under the guidance of the Director of Marketing and Admissions.
Ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to entry for all students liaising with all relevant parties to ensure that all areas needed for successful admissions are completed.
PARENT ENGAGEMENT AND RETENTION
With the school\'s SLT, develop and execute a calendar of events with key areas to build trust and open engagement with parents of the school.
Support the ongoing engagement of parents in the school and follow up any issues raised to a satisfactory conclusion in a timely manner
Ensure that the retention operating procedure is followed with all parents to deliver a positive experience for those leaving the school.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend events to recruit new students to the school
Attend key partner meetings and events to support the development of longer term delivery of admissions
Fulfill tasks that may be required from time to time by the Director of Marketing and Admissions in keeping with the duties described above
To organize or assist in whole school initiatives and contribute to the growth of the school.
Observe the confidentiality of information at all times
Ensure that statutory responsibilities and company policies are met with regard to health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
