Position Summary

Acacia is hiring! The Admission Specialist plays a key role in driving student enrollment by proactively engaging with prospective students, building strong relationships, and guiding them from inquiry through successful enrollment. This role is sales-driven, requiring the ability to communicate the value of the university's programs, overcome objections, and achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Engagement & Lead Conversion

Proactively contact prospective students via phone, email, chat, and social media to follow up on inquiries and applications. Effectively present the university's value proposition, program benefits and tuition options. Managing a pipeline of prospects and consistently converting leads to enrollment.
2. Sales & Enrollment Goals

Achieve individual and team enrollment targets within set deadlines. Track daily activity metrics (calls, emails, appointments, conversions) to meet performance benchmarks. Maintain strong follow-up to reduce drop-off and increase yield.
3. Reporting & CRM Management

Maintain accurate records of all student interactions in the CRM system. Generate daily/weekly reports on lead status, pipeline activity, and enrollment progress. Provide feedback to marketing and admissions leadership on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Communication, or Education preferred or any). 2+ years of experience in sales, student recruitment, admissions counseling, or customer service. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
