Your ability to identify student needs, communicate program benefits, and close enrollments will play a vital role in driving the institution's growth.
Location: Ajman
Key Responsibilities:
Guide prospective students through academic program options, the admissions process, and potential career paths.
Conduct personalized consultations to match candidates with appropriate programs and increase enrollment success rates.
Perform timely follow-ups with leads and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Oversee the entire admissions cycle while ensuring accurate data entry and updates within the CRM system.
Analyze enrollment data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Represent the institution at educational fairs, exhibitions, and community engagement events.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with students, parents, and key educational stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of proven experience in student recruitment or educational sales, preferably within the UAE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related discipline.
Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to manage objections effectively.
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
