Role Overview
Eduhub Institute is expanding its team in Dubai and seeking a driven, customer-focused Admission Counselor specializing in inside sales. This position is well-suited for individuals with hands-on telesales experience in academic or professional training environments, particularly those familiar with certification-based programs.
Main Duties
Handle and convert a steady stream of inbound student inquiries -- absolutely no cold calling.
Guide potential learners through the entire admissions journey, offering clear and supportive counseling.
Share accurate, comprehensive details about available courses and qualifications.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion and enrollment objectives.
Maintain updated records in the CRM and submit daily activity and performance reports.
Candidate Profile
At least
2 years of inside sales experience in the UAE
within the education or training sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong ability to establish rapport and trust quickly through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Must be ready to join immediately.
