The Admission Counselor cum Marketing Executive is responsible for generating student enrolments through effective counseling, follow-ups, and marketing initiatives. The role combines admissions counseling with on-ground and marketing activities to increase brand visibility and achieve enrolment targets, using manual and basic digital tracking systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Student Counseling

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career outcomes. Handle student inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure timely conversion. Assist students with application forms, document verification, and admission formalities. Coordinate with academic and accounts departments for smooth admission processing. Maintain accurate admission and follow-up records using Excel sheets, registers, or approved internal formats.
Marketing & Promotion

Execute marketing and promotional activities to support student recruitment. Participate in school visits, education fairs, exhibitions, seminars, and open-house events. Represent the institution professionally at marketing and outreach activities. Track basic campaign responses and report outcomes to the management (if required).
Lead Management & Reporting

Maintain daily lead data, follow-up status, and admission closures. Share daily and weekly admission and follow-up reports with the reporting manager. Ensure all inquiries are contacted promptly and properly documented.
