where you will serve as the primary liaison for prospective students. By leveraging your sales expertise and passion for education, you will help convert inquiries into successful enrollments, directly contributing to the institution's growth.
Location: Ajman
Key Responsibilities:
Guide prospective students through academic program options, admissions procedures, and potential career pathways.
Deliver personalized consultations to help candidates align their academic goals with appropriate programs.
Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Oversee the entire admissions process, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information within the CRM system.
Analyze enrollment data to identify trends and make recommendations for improved efficiency.
Represent the institution at various education fairs, exhibitions, and outreach initiatives.
Develop and maintain lasting relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
Qualifications:
3 to 4 years of proven experience in student recruitment or education-focused sales, preferably in the UAE.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
Strong consultative selling abilities with effective objection-handling skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
