Key Responsibilities:
Guide prospective students through academic program options, the admissions process, and career prospects.
Deliver personalized consultations to align individual goals with appropriate programs, enhancing the likelihood of successful enrollment.
Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads and meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Oversee the complete admissions cycle, ensuring all data is accurately maintained within the CRM system.
Evaluate enrollment data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Represent the institution at education fairs, exhibitions, and community engagement events.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with students, parents, and educational stakeholders.
Qualifications:
3 to 4 years of demonstrated experience in student recruitment or educational sales, preferably within the UAE.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related discipline.
Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to overcome objections effectively.
Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
