Key Responsibilities:
Guide prospective students through academic program options, admissions processes, and career opportunities.
Deliver personalized consultations to assess individual goals and boost successful enrollment.
Perform regular follow-ups with leads and consistently meet monthly and quarterly recruitment objectives.
Oversee the entire admissions process, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and updates in the CRM system.
Evaluate enrollment data to spot trends and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Act as the institution's representative at education fairs, exhibitions, and outreach events.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students, parents, and academic partners.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of proven experience in student recruitment or education sales, preferably within the UAE.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
Strong consultative selling skills with effective objection-handling capabilities.
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
