Key Responsibilities:
Guide prospective students on available programs, admissions procedures, and potential career opportunities.
Conduct personalized consultations to understand individual needs and boost enrollment outcomes.
Actively follow up with leads and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment goals.
Oversee the end-to-end admissions process with accurate record-keeping in the CRM system.
Monitor and assess enrollment data to identify trends and support process optimization.
Represent the institution at external events and assist with promotional initiatives.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students, parents, and academic partners.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of proven experience in education sales or student recruitment, ideally within the UAE.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
Excellent consultative sales skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
