Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated female candidate for the role of Admin/Tele-sales Secretary. This position combines administrative, sales support, and secretarial responsibilities to assist our team effectively. We invite all qualified female candidates to attend our walk-in interview. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:



Provide administrative support to the sales team and management. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations. Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules. Process sales orders and maintain accurate sales records. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and invoices. Update and maintain customer databases and CRM systems. Handle general office tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office organization.

Requirements:



Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably with sales support. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
