Job Summary We are currently seeking a proactive Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing crucial administrative support across the organization, coordinating front-desk activities, and assisting with accounting functions. Key Roles
Maintain quality control and aesthetics according to management requirements in and around the nursery.
Handle registration procedures and keep childrens information and profiles up to date.
Answer phones and respond to email inquiries promptly.
Address parent queries and act as a parent relations advisor.
Conduct tours for prospective parents when management is not available.
Stay updated on the yearly calendar, including upcoming topics and events.
Assist in staff recruitment and renewal processes.
Maintain and update staff information and profiles as needed.
Assist with daily accounting tasks as required.
Ensure effective cleaning schedules for all nursery areas and adjust them, as necessary.
Take meeting minutes during meetings when needed.
Keep track of all licenses and maintain organized policy folders.
Monitor external contracts and notify relevant parties of upcoming expiry dates.
Provide support for special events at the nursery.
Compile and maintain a resource list for each class to assist the purchasing department.
Regularly capture photos and videos of activities and games for potential social media posts, subject to approval.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as an Administrator and Receptionist
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
Hands-on experience with office equipment, including computers and printers.
Demonstrates a professional attitude and keeps a well-groomed appearance.
Exhibits exceptional customer service skills.
Possesses solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
Displays resourcefulness and proactiveness when addressing issues.
Shows strong organizational skills.
Demonstrates adept multitasking and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of the UAE (United Arab Emirates) licensing and regulatory requirements for nurseries.
Possesses common sense and practical judgment in handling various situations.
