Admin / Marketing
. This role involves supporting daily administrative tasks, coordinating marketing activities, and assisting with basic accounting duties. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills, which are essential for effective coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general office administration, filing, and documentation
Support marketing campaigns, social media management, and content creation
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers
Maintain accurate records of expenses and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks
Prepare reports, invoices, and assist with monthly financial reconciliations
Organize events, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and internal communications
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and partners
Provide support to management and other departments as needed
