The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The role involves handling office tasks, assisting team members, managing communication, and maintaining organized records.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain and update office files, records, and databases.
Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents.
Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain calendars.
Assist in basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
Support HR and management with administrative tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Degree preferred).
Proven experience as an administrative or office assistant is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and reliability.
