Description We are seeking an administrator to join our team in Amwj Development. Your responsibilities will include managing and organizing files, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed. Responsibilities
  • Prepare SPAs contracts, memorandum of understanding, NOC, etc.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of documents, such as contracts, lease agreements, and financial reports.
  • Answering Calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments,
  • Preparing real estate forms, documents and correspondence.
  • collecting payments disbursing funds associated with a home sale.
  • Well-expert in RERA and DLD rules and regulations.
  • Manage and organize files, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.
  • Support Sales team.
  • Perform data entry tasks, inputting information into various systems and databases.
Requirements
  • 3+ Experience in Real estate in Dubai
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other related software.
