Onboarding and offboarding paperwork
Tracking attendance, leaves, overtime records
Greeting and assisting visitors
Creating and updating databases or contact lists
Photocopying, scanning, and printing documents
Maintaining office cleanliness and liaising with facility services
Assisting with internal communications or announcements
Tracking and managing office maintenance requests
Assisting with policy documentation and updates
Coordinating training sessions or internal workshops
Maintaining HRIS (Human Resource Information System) data
Assisting in performance review documentation
Monitoring probation periods and contract renewals
