The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator/Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects within the rail industry and supporting key clients such as Saudi Arabian Railways (SAR) and the Transport General Authority (TGA). You will provide essential project management and administrative support, including technical document control, bid preparation, financial reporting, and coordination of legal and commercial processes in compliance with KSA regulations. You must be a Saudi National and be able to start the role by the end of January 2026 at the latest. Key Responsibilities - Project Management: Monitor and control project activities, budgets, invoicing, scheduling, and resource allocation. - Administrative Support: Manage calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and general office inquiries. - Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical documents, proposals, and reports using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Office Management: Oversee daily operations, manage supplies, and coordinate with vendors. - Coordination & Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners. - Data Management: Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality. - Financial Administration: Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring. - Compliance Support: Handle commercial license renewals, visa applications, and liaise with PRO services for government-related tasks.
Requirements
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written). - University Degree - Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - This role is only open to Saudi Nationals - Available to start the role by the end of January 2026 at the latest.
