Job Description

Symmetry Recovery Center is a network of clinics specializing in both passive and active rehabilitation for joint and back pain. We offer personalized rehabilitation programs built around our proprietary Biomechanotherapy method -- an innovative approach that integrates muscle relaxation, spinal stabilization, joint and ligament restoration, and strength-building exercises. Our holistic system is designed to treat not only symptoms but also the root causes of pain, resulting in lasting recovery and enhanced mobility.

Position: Front Desk Administrator (15 shifts/month)

Responsibilities:

Work as part of a two-person administrative team Greet and support clients throughout their rehabilitation journey Manage appointment scheduling and client records Maintain and update client data in AMO CRM and Klinika Online systems Ensure high-quality customer service and support clinic operations Contribute to client engagement and conversion processes
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with CRM systems (preferably AMO CRM) Basic knowledge of clinical or wellness services is a plus Responsibility, attentiveness, and a client-focused mindset Compensation and Benefits: Pay per shift (15 shifts per month) Performance-based commission (% of monthly clinic revenue) Additional bonuses tied to conversion rates and performance metrics
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
