Assisting admin tasks
Answer phone calls and emails
Help with daily time management
Coordinate events and speaking engagements
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Requirements :
Handling
listing documents, MoUs, Form A/B/F, SPA
Coordination with
developers, trustees, conveyancers, and registration offices
Familiarity with
RERA / DLD processes
and basic compliance documentation
Experience in
deal tracking, commission sheets, and payment follow-ups (
preferred
)
Strong communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Minimum 1 year experience mandatory (UAE ) in real estate field
Fluency in English
Prior exposure to
real estate brokerage, developer office, or property management
Experience working with
sales teams, agents, and management
in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to multitask
Strong time-management and organization skills
Must have your own visa
Labor Card will be provided by the company
