Administrator Information Technology Operations
Job Description
Looking for a IT operations administrator who will be responsible in configuring the monitoring and ticketing tools , executing the maintenance , support, and optimization of ITSM.
- Must have minimum 5 years of experience of ITIL framework , service now, zabbix, and ManageEngine
- Solid Linux , Windows Servers administration and operational support skills in production environment
- Must have bachelors in computer science information technology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
ITIL frameworks : 5 years (Preferred)
configuration for monitoring and ticketing tools : 5 years (Preferred)
ServiceNow: 5 years (Preferred)
Lunix : 5 years (Preferred)
Windows Servers administration : 5 years (Preferred)
