Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Dean\xe2\x80\x99s Office, including managing their schedule, handling correspondence, and preparing documents. Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, coordinating logistics, and preparing materials. Office Management: Serve as a point of contact for visitors and inquiries directed to the Dean\xe2\x80\x99s Office. Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases for the Dean\xe2\x80\x99s Office, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading proposals, documents, reports, and correspondence. Data Entry and Management: Maintain and update databases, records, and electronic files for the Dean\'s Office, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Assist in data entry tasks, data analysis, and report generation as needed. E.g College Progress Report Communication: Facilitate communication within the office and with internal and external stakeholders. Handle phone and email inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties and providing information as needed. Project Support: Assist the Dean\xe2\x80\x99s Office in various projects, research, and special initiatives, ensuring timely completion and delivery of assigned tasks. Collaborate with other staff members and departments as required for project implementation. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field preferred. Previous administrative experience in an academic or office setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. And any other tasks assigned by the Dean of the College of Education. Additional Information: The Administrator will be expected to work regular office hours, with occasional flexibility to accommodate special events or projects. The role may involve occasional travel, chaperoning and attendance at evening or weekend events
Minimum Qualifacation
IELT 6.5 Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field preferred. 2 years administrative experience in an academic or office setting.
Preferred Qualifacation
Master\'s degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field.
