Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain files, records, and documentation
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
Prepare reports, invoices, and basic bookkeeping
Support HR tasks such as attendance tracking and onboarding
Ensure the office is organized and supplies are maintained
Any additional all-around support required by the management
