We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin professional to join our team in the hospitality sector. In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and enhancing communication across departments. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for both guests and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and courteously.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and event planning.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to developing and implementing administrative systems and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and staff.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision.
- Flexible attitude and a customer-oriented approach to work.
