Job Description

Office management:

Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating office activities.

Communication and correspondence:

Act as the main point of contact, handle phone calls, emails, and mail.

Scheduling and coordination:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel.

Record and data management:

Create, update, and organize records and databases, which may include personnel, financial, or client information.

Clerical tasks:

Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, preparing documents, and taking meeting minutes.

Support and liaison:

Provide support to staff and management, and act as a liaison between different departments or with external partners.

Procurement:

Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
