Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Handle calls, messages, bookings, and manage the salon schedule.
Manage payments, invoices, and basic cashier/POS tasks.
Maintain administrative organization: files, documentation, basic inventory.
Coordinate with the salon team (stylists, technicians, management) to ensure smooth operations.
Support product ordering and stock monitoring.
Assist with simple social media tasks if required.
Maintain a clean, professional front-desk and client area at all times.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in
English
(written & verbal).
Professional appearance and a friendly, positive attitude.
Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask efficiently.
Comfortable using booking systems and digital tools (WhatsApp, Instagram, POS).
Previous experience in a salon, spa, aesthetic clinic, or customer service role is a
plus
.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/evenings if needed.
