Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and petty cash.
Handle bank reconciliations and monitor accounts payable/receivable.
Assist in payroll preparation and statutory compliance.
Manage office supplies, correspondence, and filing systems.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
Support HR and administrative tasks as required.
Prepare regular financial and administrative reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in accounting and administration.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
