Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English language in both verbal and written.
Shall have a strong Food and Beverage background.
At least 2-3 years' experience in GCC countries.
At least 2 years working in UAE.
Candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration
Ability to multitask is preferred.

: Role and Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Manage overseas/ local couriers, incoming and outgoing mails.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Arrange travel and accommodations and support the management with administrative duties.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
Work closely with the HR & Admin department to handle administrative duties.
Assist the Management (as and when required).

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
