Job Title: Executive Assistant / Secretary / Administrator

Location: Business Bay Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 Years of experience in UAE.

1. :

Must have experience in company/Business formation. Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two. Provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all Government related works such as Entry Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor; Consulates, and Business Licenses to the company and its group, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices. Should be capable to process Company liquidations and Business set ups in time frame. Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations Provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs to Business Licenses.
2. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

3. Personal qualities:

Professional and courteous demeanor. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience Dependent
4. Communication and Task Management:

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, responding to emails, phone calls, and messages in a professional manner. Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently. Problem-Solving: Use initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve administrative issues and improve processes. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
5. Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Discretion and confidentiality Experience managing all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations. Knowledge of UAE law and Government regulations and requirements Respond effectively to the demands of the Businesses, employees and assist them on all government related services Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Problem-solving skills: Ability to think critically and resolve administrative issues. 7. Language Requirements:

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
