We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management.
Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, packages, and phone calls.
Maintain and update company databases and records for personnel, financial, and other data.
Monitor and replenish office supplies to prevent interruptions in daily operations.
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.
Assist colleagues and support team efforts whenever necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
High school diploma: BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
