Assist with recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare HR documents (offer letters, contracts, disciplinary reports, etc.).
Support in organizing training, staff activities, or performance appraisals.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Monitor attendance and leave records.
Assist in payroll coordination and employee benefits management.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, courier, mail).
Maintain and update filing systems (physical and digital).
Provide administrative support to managers and other departments.
Assist in organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and arranging travel/accommodation for staff if required.
Manage petty cash and office expenses tracking.
Receptionist / Front Desk Responsibilities
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional manner.
Manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when required.
Provide general information to clients and guests.
