Job Description

Handling email and phone inquiries. Develop and maintain a filing system for company. Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of office and business operations files and documents. Maintaining the office condition and order. Assisting executives and staff with company projects and tasks. Preparing letters and other related documents. Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Provide general support to visitors. Maintain confidentiality of the work and it's related business activities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ajman: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
