We are looking for a detail-oriented Administration Officer to handle day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities:
General office administration and document handling.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Managing day-to-day orders, processing LPOs, and ensuring timely delivery coordination.
Assisting HR, finance, and management teams as needed.
Requirements:
Previous admin experience (minimum 4 years preferred)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication The role requires flexibility with working hours, especially during peak seasons, to meet operational demands.
Strong skills in preparing clear, professional, and well-structured emails for internal and external communication
Minimum qualification: A bachelor's degree .
