Job description One of our Client , who is in to science, technology, and medical publisher is looking to hire an Administrator who has min in 2yrs of experience in Order Followup, Invoicing, Making Reports etc. Good expeience in Excel and powerpoint Responsibilities

  • Order Processing
  • Prepares invoices for billing
  • Timely activation/ Followup with Clients.
  • Liaise with credit control team on all issues regarding non-payment accounts to ensure deactivation occurs, with approvals from Management.
  • Online followup
  • Providing sales and marketing support.
  • Reporting and maintaining of data along with support to marketing team
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Application Question(s):
