We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Administrator to manage daily office operations, support staff, and ensure smooth communication and documentation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
Handle emails, phone calls, and visitor coordination
Prepare, organize, and maintain files, reports, and records
Support management with scheduling, meetings, and documentation
Coordinate with HR, accounts, and operations teams
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic reports.
Monitor office supplies and arrange procurement
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Assist with staff documentation, onboarding, and licenses.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus in UAE)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
3 years of administrative experience.
