Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and ensure smooth operations.
Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for senior staff or departments.
Draft, review, and distribute internal and external correspondence.
Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records (both digital and physical).
Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Serve as the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist with HR, finance, or operations support tasks, depending on the department's needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrator, office manager, or similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
