Job Description

La Verde property management is looking for detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing real estate and property management team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day office operations, support management, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and organize office documents, correspondence, and records. Schedule appointments, meetings, and handle phone and email inquiries. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications. Support HR and finance tasks, such as maintaining attendance and expense tracking. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members for administrative needs. Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements



Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with real estate or property management is a plus. Education & Experience Degree Qualified Minimum 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience.
