Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in admin + MUST have accounting skills (invoicing/cash handling).
Responsibilities:
Handle customer reception, booking, and job order preparation.
Issue invoices, quotations, and service receipts.
Record cash/payment entries and coordinate with the accountant.
Maintain workshop documentation and follow-up with clients.
Requirements:
Experience as a secretary or admin in an automotive environment (preferred).
Knowledge of accounting basics (billing, cash flow tracking).
Excellent communication & organizational skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
