? Office management: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, order office supplies, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
? Data and record-keeping: Enter data, assist with bookkeeping, and manage databases.
? Support: Assist executives and other staff with various administrative tasks and projects. E.g QA/QC & Estimation department
? Document preparation: Prepare and edit reports and presentations as required
? Preparing Catalogues and Marketing works for the company.
? Schedule client meetings as per the instruction of the GM.
? Manage and Coordinate travel arrangements
? Answer and screen telephone calls, respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.
? Preparing various letters and emails as needed.
? Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
? Attend meetings in order to record minutes.
? Preparing Catalogues and Marketing works for the company.
? Schedule client meetings as per the instruction of the GM.
? Manage and Coordinate travel arrangements, Tickets, Hotels & Application of Visa of the GM.
Candidate must posses:
? Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Proficiency with office software like Microsoft Office Suite, and general technical skills.
? Meticulous in completing tasks accurately.
? Ability to think critically and solve problems as they arise.
? Strong ability to interact professionally with internal and external contacts.
