Job Description

Job Information:

  • Closing of liquidations by daily sales routes of the assigned Agency
  • Guarantee the invoicing of all purchase orders, with their respective documents (electronic invoice, delivery note and purchase orders).
  • Digitization and organization of invoices settled daily
  • Timely selection of credit invoices to issue account statements, in the times defined by the company. within the first 8 days of the following month.
  • Validation and monitoring of collection of the portfolio of counted clients, with issues of payments and voids.
  • Attention to internal customers (sales, logistics and accounts receivable).

Job Experience:

  • Management of Microsoft Office (intermediate level)
  • Document Archiving Experience (digital)
  • Billing Experience (Mass Consumption Company)
  • Availability of mobility to perform the functions in the agency that is required.
