Job Description

Conduct operations required by VP Strategy & Future such as: organizing the VP Strategy & Future\xe2\x80\x99s daily schedule of activities, responding to communication as required, setting up and managing documents and filing, recording meeting minutes, ensuring the office is organized and up to HCT standards, in addition to supporting with the organization of the VP Strategy & Future\xe2\x80\x99s scheduling requirements such as logistics, bookings, and expenses management in coordination with any concerned parties.
Requirements

Organize and maintain the VP Strategy & Future\xe2\x80\x99s daily schedule of activities and tasks such as meetings, events and conferences with different parties as required
Manage the attendance of meetings and attend when required and take minutes of meetings; share with concerned stakeholders as assigned and follow-up on completion of actions.
File documentation electronically and physically and ensuring that all required records and documents are archived appropriately ensuring adherence to guidelines whilst maintaining confidentiality and security of information
Ensure that the VP Strategy & Future\xe2\x80\x99s office is organized and in working order as per HCT\xe2\x80\x99s standards
Arrange hospitality to visitors as needed ensuring that the office is welcoming as per HCT\xe2\x80\x99s standards
Manage and plan the VP Strategy & Future\xe2\x80\x99s scheduling needs such as arranging logistics, making bookings, managing expenses, and scheduling with required parties
Contribute to the preparation of required reports as per reporting requirements internally within HCT and externally where applicable
Seek and determine new ideas and opportunities to adopt innovative solutions or approaches to address challenges or enhance activities based on functional requirements
Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve capabilities and technical skills related to the sector\xe2\x80\x99s functional requirements
Perform any other functional duties or activities as assigned by the line manager

Requirements
  • A Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or Finance or Strategic Management or Quality or a relevant field is required
  • 0 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of administrative or any relevant experience
