Multi Trade Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced
Administrative Officer
with minimum 2 years UAE Experience to join our team in Saif Zone, Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of administrative functions and experience in handling a wide range of responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Full knowledge of Saif Zone procedures including:
Visa Processing, Renewals, Cancellations, Refunds
Medical Tests and Biometrics Procedure
Manage company vehicle fleet including:
Maintenance, Insurance and Mulkiya Renewals
Handling labour-related affairs:
Leave Records and Accommodation Arrangements
Assist in all other administrative functions as assigned by the HR Manager and Head of HR.
Requirements:
Proven experience in similar administrative roles, preferably within Saif Zone.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Excellent knowledge of UAE labour laws and visa regulations.
